MR500! Good News... Bad News...

Which do u want to hear first? The Good News or the Bad News??
I like to hear the Bad News First, and then end up with something nice and remembering only the Good News... so I shall talk about the Bad News first.. (Long-Winded.. i know i know..) =P

Bad News - Mens IVP Heats we came in first.. we got the 2nd Best timing out of yesterday's IVP Heats.. But was Disqualified due to cutting of lanes.. Mens open Heats, lose to NUS by a few miliseconds.. Paralax error? heh..

Good News - Ladies got 3rd for Both IVP and Opens.. so Proud of them.. well done girls.. Mixed Opens we got into the Finals.. and came in 5th.. but its alright.. though i wanted something to bring back, I'm already Very Happy of acheiving my target of rowing for Mix and getting into the Finals..

Below are some elaborations..

IVP Mens Finals
SP came in First followed by ITE Dragons 2nd and NUS 3rd.. At the start, the 3 boats in the centre lane, namely ITE, NTU and NUS, clashed into each other again and again.. and at one point, they even merge together into NTU's lane(lane 3).. SP took the chance and glided its way to get a Gold.. ITE managed to break free and got Silver.. NTU was disqualified cause its said they cut lanes.. NUS(the organisers for this event) got Bronze.. as for the other competitor, NYP, they came in last.. even slower than the 3 boats that clashed.. Kio sai also dunno how to kio.. Anyway, even before this race started, I predicted that the top 3 gonna be NTU, NUS and ITE Dragons.. but blame it on luck?? Lucky i never bet with Faizal.. only told others my prediction.. hahaha...

If only we were given a bit more luck, or Hard Work, Training, the guys could have gotten something back from IVP.. Like Ah Huat have said, we were only 80% Trained.. Although Needless to say, I'm Disappointed, But I'm Proud of my whole Team especially the Girls.. Because, with only 80% Trained, we are already capable of achieving this type of Good Results.. Just Imagine, If we are Fully Trained, we could have clinched even More and Better Medals.. I can sense the Sadness in some of the Yr 3 guys.. cause its their last race, and some never got anything for their 3 yrs in Ngee Ann.. But is it neccessary to Vent your Anger or even cry? NO.. its just so wrong, but he did it again, just like last June race..

I'm sad after the Mixed Finals.. even felt like crying in the boat, but i told myself, if i just cry, everyone will just follow and lots of pple will start to cry.. If you show a sad face infront of other people, others will just feel sad too.. so instead of showing it out, put up a smile infront of everyone.. and Thats what i did after every set that i rowed.. I don't want others to feel even sadder..

We had been Unlucky for the past 2 races, But We Will come back for the following Races.. UP Next, June Race, Sava Sprints and Regatta!! I promised Derick that we Ngee Ann will Come Back.. and i'll keep that promise and make that happen..

off to wedding dinner now..
gonna say something during AGM.. Don't think i'll forget.. hehe..

Accident...

Saw an accident on PIE just now.. involving 2 motorbikes and 1 taxi.. this is what i interprete,
Taxi changed lane adruptly after seeing 1 motorB passed.. missed seeing motorA coming.. motor A unable to slow down immediately, hits the back of taxi.. driverA flew over taxi, hits motorB and driverB loses control.. taxi stopped, driverA under the front left wheel of taxi.. driverA not moving.. driverB not far infront, his bike further upfront.. driver lying on ground, still able to use HP, although visible blood stains and torn clothes are seen on both riders.. lots of other motorcylist are seen by the road shoulder.. i assume they are the witnesses.. ambulance have not reached at the time i saw them.. thats all..

I lost my Red Addidas cap, left it in the toilet when i change to my trg attire.. forgot to keep it back in my bag.. but i don't feel sad or anything..
Its like suddenly i lost all feelings.. lose something also don't care.. even told myself "aiya nvm lah, its jus a cap.. lost then lost loh.. can always buy new one mah.." actually, able to think this way is good.. its jus something which u'll be able buy back if u've got the cash.. but things u cant buy, like feelings of happiness, u must cherish.. so instead of being gloomy over things thats lost, be happy about other things instead.. ;)

I approach the security and he return it to me.. he found it and kept it in the cleaners room..

What is Happening?

Lots of things are happening.. Bad things, Happy things...
Had a dream.. Sweet Dream.. Happy Dream.. haha..
I need money.. Made spoil derick's digicam.. gotta pay 100 bucks plus.. going to find work.. Stupid me.. I feel like i'm becoming more and more like weilun.. :S been not really me nowadays.. I wanna change.. change back to my old self.. =D
Lots of other bad things i seen/hear/know.. but i still feel happy... maybe its because the Dream i had was just too sweet.. hahaha.. ;)

Birthday..

Today is my Father's Birthday.. that time i remember wrongly, thought its on the 10th.. haha..

This morning wanted to play soccer.. went to the usual street soccer, to find that my friends never play today.. So, I went to Chongpang CC to find another group of friends who's playing BBall.. reach CC to find that ITE west is training there, then walk to JK court(court named after my friend cos near his house).. a court where we use to play every friday night till the lights turn off.. at last had some exercise after a long find.. haha.. after playing my friends want to go to gym.. i never join them.. went home watch anime instead.. Naruto is a nice show.. =)

At 6pm, went to Yishun Park for a pinic.. My mother had a pinic with her friends and their small kids who are all younger than sec 1.. Only Mothers and childrens are there.. i went there to help eat.. haha.. Played the Merry-Go-Round with them and realised that i was too heavy liao ah, lost my balance and fell out.. haha.. There's a Hi-Tech Toilet there too.. Auto-Operated, u go in, push a button and it locks.. if u want to open it jus press the button again.. it will auto open itself after 10mins.. so u have to be done in 10mins if not, u know wat will happen.. haha.. after it locks itself, Music is being played.. its like letting you enjoy while u doing ur business.. haha.. and the tap is even more amazing.. its 1 big basin, and automatic.. u put ur hand towards the left, soap will shoot out, to the centre, water comes out.. and when u're done, put to the right and a hair dryer will blow and dry ur hand.. all auto.. wonderful yeah..

{Wednesday, March 16, 2005 . Accident!}

Accident!

This is what happened.. went KAP celebrate Xueli's Birthday.. After that Ah huat sent me home.. On the way back, we were reaching the Crossroad junction along Bukit Timah turning towards PIE when an accident happened..
It was Red light and the green Right turn arrow is out.. Ah Huat was turning his car when at the next moment, i heard a screech and a Bang.. And i jusT saw this car Spinning.. and it stopped right by the side of the road nicely, Facing the opposite Direction.. The other cars stopped for awhile before driving slowly swerving pass the taxi and the car.. Ah huat drove pass them and stopped behind the car..

Apparently, A black top Cab tried to beat the Amber Light and Crashed on to the Left side of a Susuki Suite which has a Female Driver in it..

Ah huat went over to check hows the driver, a motorcyclist who said he drove in front of her also stopped and ask how is she.. I just stand at a near distance observing what they doing.. hehe.. The female driver suffered a bit of concussion, and she said her right hand pain.. I provided some papers and ah huat asked the lady to take down the Taxi Driver's car plate, license, contact number, etc.. but the woman cant seem to write properly.. and so Ah huat helped her take down all those, including the address where the accident took place.. Next we waited for the Lady's friend to come before we left.. we needed to reverse her car slightly to allow bus 985 to pass through, cant start car, and so ah huat and the cab driver pushed the car while i set it to Neutral Gear and released the HandBrake.. Pushing a car is actually easy, since i've pushed a pick-up alone before.. Surf and Sweat Strongest man Contest.. haha.. When her Friend came, then we left.. There's a P-Plate sign on her car.. meaning she jus got her licence within 1 year only.. I told Ah huat I think i saw her in Ngee Ann before, but he told me she's 24 already.. There's no blood around, but her face definitely looks very pale.. Lucky is hit her Left door.. If its from the right, it would have hit her directly, and i cant imagine the consequences.. Only the left side of her car is damaged.. Front and Back, Left doors.. totally dented in..

SENS: Out of my 3 years in NP, tommorow is the First time i going for a Retest.. IS.. just need 3 more marks only.. sadz..

{Monday, March 14, 2005 . Dream Came True!! =D}

Dream Came True!! =D

This gonna be a long entry.. cause lots of things happen today..
First, i woke up in the morning thinking whether i should go play soccer with my Secondary Schoolmates(Who plays every Sunday) or go play BasketBall with my Sec Classmates(Not Every Sunday, Depends).. In the end, I chose to play BBALL.. Cause I long time never play bball already, and never meet them.. So I went to the court, and all but 1 from that group were late.. and so we played till around 12 noon and i went off.. They continued playing..

After that I rushed home, changed and went to my Aunt's house.. Her GrandDaughter, my Niece, 1st Month..

Went there alone to represent my whole Family.. Cause my Mother, Father and Youngest Brother went to Genting.. My Second Bro went to church(as usual, from early morning to very late at night).. My Mum asked him to go with me to my aunt's house to celebrate.. But he just say no time.. Is going to Church with Friends more Important than Celebrating with Relatives? Sorry if i offend anyone.. Anyway, I Had Buffet there.. and a red egg.. I went off early..

Went off around 1445 hrs.. Henry ask me go Suntec to watch and support Magnum Force, he told me to wear Race polo tee.. in the end he cant find his.. never wear.. heh.. we reach there late.. cause i had to go to my Aunt's house first.. Citylink was very crowded by human traffic.. at 1 point, everyone was jus not moving.. We decided to walk outside suntec.. when we reach, all the teams had performed, and were waiting for the results.. Here it is..

They even bag away $1000 cold hard cash.. (Is cash cold and hard? they give coins is it? haha..) and a Team Singapore Throphy for being the Team who shows the Best Spirit.. They get to represent Singapore in the next SEA Games.. saw Gladys there.. she say last time DB and Magnum in very good terms.. she hopes we'll still be in good terms.. She also said the benches outside our clubhouse is our Bridge.. Bridge to a closer Relation.. When a Magnum person sits at one end, and a DB person sits at the other end, they'll say Hi! and thats how we'll become closer.. I Believe thats true, cause sometimes I'll smile at them and say hi to them too.. I believe we'll become very good neighbours.. I also want our relation to become better.. after that went to have dinner with Ben, Zhibing, Kevin, Qijia, Joyce and Odel..

We went to Funan IT Mall to have Pastamania.. Zhibing's GF working there, so we got discount.. hehe.. She's the manager, wow.. After eating, the girls went to find Dawn they all, and i decided to follow Ben.. they wanted to buy Royce chocolate from Taka, but don't have the type they want.. and so we walked to Far East Plaza hoping to find the girls.. When we reach there, they were at Taka.. haha.. and Ben decided to go to Hagendaz at Marriot.. we bought 2 500ml tubs of ice cream.. Rum & Raisin and Mango *some text missing*.. haha.. they helped us scoop out and put into a bowl.. and we were shocked when it arrived.. There was really alot.. after eating, we decided to go CINE to play LAN.. on the way there, I just laugh like mad.. haha.. Like what Ben said, "Very good hor, come out with us jus listen to us very fun right??" haha.. Seriously, it was really very fun going out with them lah.. They can jus keep on repeating that one joke/action and it'll still be funny.. I dunno y too.. haha.. We Played BattleFields.. First time playing that game.. u are allowed to fly planes, Helicopters, drive tanks, and boats.. put it simply, u're allowed to attacked from land, air and sea.. after a long time of playing, i'm starting to know how to play the game.. but we ended jus then.. haha.. we headed for the train immediately, cause Zhi Bing's GF waiting for him already.. ran there.. haha..

Now here is the part where my Dream Came True! when we reached the first cabin, where ZhiBing's gf is, i noticed the guy who's sitting opposite her.. on further observation, i found out that its my Friend! He migrated to australia 2 years back.. and he just came back 3 days ago.. The wonderful thing is that, i've never dreamt about my Secondary School Friends before.. and just 2 days ago, I dreamt about them! and i even Dreamt about us catching this aussie friend of ours.. and Today, I saw him! Didn't expect to see him, cause he migrated to australia already, and i don't know when he's coming back.. Isn't it just so wonderful!? You Dream about a Long-Lost friend and at the next moment, you met him/her! He's back in Singapore to get a Degree in BioMedical from MDIS.. he got assualted in australia, causing him to drop out from his course of studying Avionics.. its about Planes and u must be medically fit to be able to take that course.. we had a chat till i get off at Yishun, and he got off at Sembawang..

For the pass few days, been having nightmares and not sleeping well.. but Last Night, i had a much happier dream.. Dreamt about my friends.. about 1 who migrate back to australia already.. we just had lots of fun.. haha..
Today had dinner with Rajiv, Kokyi, Wai leong, Shawn, Junwei, Ben Ng, Jiansheng, Hanxiong and Kok yong.. first time have dinner with them and just talk... it was great.. till i start talking.. cause i don't like to talk lah.. haha.. everytime talk too much my throat will pain.. so yeah, i prefer Listening to Talking.. =D so if anyone ever needs Just a Listening ear, Find me.. hehe..

In Life, Friends are Very Important, cherish them..

I cant give him a straight answer, so i pointed out my reasons first..

Told him i've long thought about training very big size first, then when go army we'll always be running, and will Lean down.. Achieving Lean Muscles.. and of cause to somehow attract some girls lah.. haha.. (but he told me, nowadays not all girls like big sized guys.. true true..)

And I told him now i just want to train for DragonBoat.. Thats why I've been only Wacking much more on my Back and Shoulders only..

Having said all these, i wonder how far away am i from my Training Goals.. Looking back, I'm still maintaining!! Haven been reminding myself of my Goals.. maybe i set too high a target for myself? nevermind shall still stick to it! My weight has gone up to 72KG.. maybe drop till 70 will be nice... =D

On a side note, I hope the current Commitee Members will chose the New Commitee Properly.. Hopefully those who are REALLY Commited!! And of cause must be good and able to work with each other well..

Wedding/Honeymoon..

Watched travel/discovery channel in library jus now.. Fiji Islands..
I wanna have my Wedding or HoneyMoon at Turtle Island or Lilata Island.. Or just any of the Fiji Islands.. its very romantic but the thing is, its costly... its like $2000 per day stay there?? haa.. or $250,000 if u book the whole island for A week.. oh well.. gonna have to save up lots..

Now i dun have the cash, seeing Travel channel will be jus as great.. jus imagine yourself and ur loved ones on an Island away from the normal Busy buzz.. What a Great Getaway place.. =D

ok..

ok i must say, kok yeong is indeed a fast runner after today's SAF 50km.. my timing is 7.41mins.. everyone came in ard 7mins.. only 4 came in after 8min.. and *someone* came in slowest with a time of 8.15min.. when he came in, he keeps on shouting "Ngee Ann!!" every 3 steps he'll shout "Ngee Ann!!".. then now everyone there know that we from Ngee Ann Dragonboat liao loh.. waste strenght shout so loud for what? run faster lah.. haha.. like i told them during AGM interview, Thats his BAD Point or good point during different circumstances.. I wont be saying his name out, but i sure most of u are able to guess, whose being the most vocal in our team during trainings..

As to my Question:

How would you feel if you're talking to someone and halfway through,
the person just turn away and start talking to another person?

My Answer:

Of cause you'll feel du lan right?? oh well its over.. jus dun talk loh.. haha..

SENS: My house desktop got problems cant surf net.. And My father blamed me for something, just because i NEED to use My Laptop that day and brought it to school.. Just Cause he needs to surf net and do some stuffs.. =S

NAPFA..

Just finish some stuffs.. gonna be a quick entry before i start Dreaming..
I hit the Digit 3 for Pull-Ups today!! Did 32 Pull-Ups, but some kick real hard, thats why i told Derick to just put 30.. =) As for Sit-ups, I did 42, not much improvement though.. cause starting do very slowly, want standard mah.. then when 30secs passed, I'm still at 20 then kan jiong, do faster.. haha.. During warm ups, my Knee Cap hit the side of the big steps.. and it was painful throughout the whole training.. Its even painful now when touched.. Thats why for 2.4km, my timing was 9.43min, Improved, Hit Back my Personal Best.. If i say "If not for my knee cap, i could have ran faster.." I'll just be finding excuses.. I wanna go for long runs!!

Since I cant go for training this sat, I shall go for a long run myself.. =D Only by running long runs, then will my 2.4km improve greatly.. haha..

SENS: When ever its approaching the end of the week, I keep feeling real tired.. Lack of sleep.. :S

I'm Alone in clubhouse currently.. trying to clear the junks in my laptop.. And chanced upon old photos, files. and clips which brings back Happy memories..

While i'm reminiscing the past, i'm also wondering why did it turn out this way?

There's this Clip of me which is real funny.. I even laugh at myself as i'm watching it.. haha.. Wonders i made how many people laugh that time.. haha.. I've never shown it to anyone, and I'm not gonna show it i suppose.. haha.. gonna go for lecture anytime soon.. Tonight training, NAPFA.. Tonight den blog about how much i have improved.. Jinyuan's bro and Ah Bao's bro are coming down too.. i predict they can run faster than some of the guys.. Lets See..

Why like that??

Ok i Thought gonna get GOLD for Project Nutz, if i was in Team 1, cause Derick put the Best runners in team 1.. But I expected I'll be in team 2, cause I not really the best yet.. But what i didnt Expect was that he put kok yeong( the new freshie guy) in team 1.. heard that his 2.4km came around 8mins before.. and he's a competitive runner, take parts in triathlons.. oh well.. on that day den we'll know how fast he can run.. But who knows, My team may get GOLD!! wahahaha.. I gonna run as fast as i can and make Derick regret not putting me into his Team.. muahahahaha..

My friend suddenly say he wants me in his team.. and now i told him to faster confirm.. The longer it drags, the longer the stress stays in me..
