NAPFA..Just finish some stuffs.. gonna be a quick entry before i start Dreaming..I hit the Digit 3 for Pull-Ups today!! Did 32 Pull-Ups, but some kick real hard, thats why i told Derick to just put 30.. =) As for Sit-ups, I did 42, not much improvement though.. cause starting do very slowly, want standard mah.. then when 30secs passed, I'm still at 20 then kan jiong, do faster.. haha.. During warm ups, my Knee Cap hit the side of the big steps.. and it was painful throughout the whole training.. Its even painful now when touched.. Thats why for 2.4km, my timing was 9.43min, Improved, Hit Back my Personal Best.. If i say "If not for my knee cap, i could have ran faster.." I'll just be finding excuses.. I wanna go for long runs!! Since I cant go for training this sat, I shall go for a long run myself.. =D Only by running long runs, then will my 2.4km improve greatly.. haha.. SENS: When ever its approaching the end of the week, I keep feeling real tired.. Lack of sleep.. :S . |
